It is designed for demands that require metal straps with a common tensile strength grade of 880N/mm².
There are three surface treatment methods for our steel banding.
Ribbon wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 25-30kgs per roll.25mm steel strapping:36-40kgs per rolls.32mm steel banding:45-50kgs per roll.around 1 ton per pallet.Ribbon is generally suitable for manual strapping tools and pneumatic strapping tools.
Oscillate wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 40-50kgs per roll.12-18 rolls per pallet.Oscillated is generally suitable for manual strapping tools or pneumatic strapping tools or steel strapping machine.
Jumbo wound coil steel strapping with a width 32mm is usually 180kgs/280kgs/360kgs/400kgs/500kgs/1000kgs.Jumbo is generally suitable for steel strapping machine.

Sea-worthy packaging:Each pallet is equipped with metal rust-preventive desiccants inside,enveloped with VCI anti-rust film,covered with moisture-resistant wax paper externally,reinforced with four straps.Fixed on fumigation free wooden pallets or steel pallets.
A: Duro Steel Strapping is a medium-tensile metal banding strap with a tensile strength of approximately 930 N/mm² (ultimate tensile strength), making it suitable for demanding medium-to-heavy load securing, industrial cargo bundling and export-grade packaging. It is ideal for securing pallets, crates, bundled construction materials, metal products, machinery parts, bricks, timber, and other heavy industrial or export cargo — wherever durability, load stability and resistance to load shifting are required under tension.
A: Duro steel straps are provided in multiple coil formats — ribbon-wound (RW), oscillated-wound (OW), and jumbo / bulk coils. For manual or pneumatic strapping tools (small to mid-size pallets or bundles), ribbon-wound coils are convenient. For semi-automatic or machine strapping lines, oscillated coils offer balanced efficiency. Jumbo (bulk) coils are best suited for high-volume orders, factory production, or large export shipments requiring multiple bands per load. This flexibility allows buyers to match strap format to workload, tooling, and shipment volume.
A: The Duro strap can be supplied with a variety of surface treatments: painted & waxed (standard), as well as galvanized (zinc-coated) for enhanced corrosion and moisture resistance. For dry storage, short-distance shipping or enclosed warehouse use, painted/waxed finish may be sufficient. For export shipping, long-distance transport, container cargo, or humid/climate-sensitive destinations, galvanized (zinc-coated) steel strapping is highly recommended — the zinc coating significantly improves corrosion resistance, protecting band integrity and cargo safety.
