Individual Packing (if required)

 
For orders that require individual packing, the steel strapping rolls are individually wrapped with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper during the production process. After that, all the rolls are placed on the pallets.
 

 

  

External Wrapping and Drying Agent

 
The entire pallet of steel strapping is then wrapped with VCI anti-rust film, and metal anti-rust desiccants are placed to prevent corrosion during transit.
 
 

 

  

Final Protection and Reinforcement

 
The outermost layer is covered with anti-rust neutral or customized kraft paper, and the entire pallet is secured with four steel straps to ensure it remains intact during transportation.

 

  

Loading into Containers
