Ribbon wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 25-30kgs per roll.25mm steel strapping:36-40kgs per rolls.32mm steel banding:45-50kgs per roll.around 1 ton per pallet.Ribbon is  generally suitable for manual strapping tools and pneumatic strapping tools.

2.Oscillated Coils – Balanced Format for Semi‑Automatic or Automatic Strapping Tool

Oscillate wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 40-50kgs per roll.12-18 rolls per pallet.Oscillated is generally suitable for manual strapping tools or pneumatic strapping tools or steel strapping machine.

3.Jumbo / Bulk Coils – Cost‑Effective Coil Format for Large‑Scale / Industrial Shipments

Jumbo wound coil steel strapping with a width 32mm is usually 180kgs/280kgs/360kgs/400kgs/500kgs/1000kgs.Jumbo is generally suitable for steel strapping machine.

Export‑Ready Packaging & Container Loading Methods – VCI Paper, Anti‑Rust Film, Pallet Bundling, Desiccant & Seaworthy Packing

Steel strapping packaging

 1.Individual packing (if required): For orders that require individual packing, the steel strapping rolls are individually wrapped with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper during the production process. After that, all the rolls are placed on the pallets.

 2.External Wrapping and Drying Agent: The entire pallet of steel strapping is then wrapped with VCI anti-rust film, and metal anti-rust desiccants are placed to prevent corrosion during transit.

   3.Final Protection and Reinforcement: The outermost layer is covered with anti-rust neutral or customized kraft paper, and the entire pallet is secured with four steel straps to ensure it remains intact during transportation.

  4.Loading into Containers: All the pallets are carefully loaded into the shipping containers, ensuring they are neatly arranged for safe and efficient transport.
