It is designed for demands that require metal straps with a common tensile strength grade of 830N/mm².
There are three surface treatment methods for our steel banding.
Ribbon wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 25-30kgs per roll.25mm steel strapping:36-40kgs per rolls.32mm steel banding:45-50kgs per roll.around 1 ton per pallet.Ribbon is generally suitable for manual strapping tools and pneumatic strapping tools.
Oscillate wound coil steel strapping with a width 12.7mm/16mm/19mm is usually 40-50kgs per roll.12-18 rolls per pallet.Oscillated is generally suitable for manual strapping tools or pneumatic strapping tools or steel strapping machine.
Jumbo wound coil steel strapping with a width 32mm is usually 180kgs/280kgs/360kgs/400kgs/500kgs/1000kgs.Jumbo is generally suitable for steel strapping machine.

It is ideal for general industrial use, providing secure fixation for applications like bundling light cartons and pallets, ensuring cargo integrity without the need for extreme high-tensile strapping.
A: Pivot Steel Strapping is available in several coil/winding formats: ribbon-wound (RW), oscillated-wound (OW), and jumbo/bulk coils. For manual or pneumatic strapping tools (small to medium loads, pallet bundling), ribbon-wound coils are ideal. For semi-automatic or machine-based packing, oscillated coils offer balanced convenience. Jumbo or bulk coils are suited for large scale orders, factories, or heavy export shipments — offering cost-effective bulk supply and compatibility with automated strapping machines
A: Pivot Steel Strapping can be supplied with several surface treatments to match different environments: painted & waxed finish, galvanized (zinc-coated) finish, or other protective coatings. For indoor storage, warehouse shipments or short-distance transport, painted/waxed straps are usually adequate. For export cargo, long-distance sea freight, container loading, or humid / corrosive environments — galvanized (zinc-coated) straps are strongly recommended. The zinc coating significantly improves corrosion and rust resistance, ensuring durability for international shipment.
